Here is our completely restrictive waste management helpdesk trouble ticketing system to serve our customers to better meet their needs for a lower price than previously when human labor was used to collect and transport our garbage instead of mechanical robots that can’t figure out how to pick up a kitchen garbage bag next to an automated trashcan. Basically what you call a trouble ticketing system is a one-way message board. You can say anything you want, but the customer is limited to very short and plain text. The customer is not allowed to provide images or video or documents as evidence to support their issues. It’s basically a one-way message board. You drop huge pre-written messages, demanding that the customers pre-sort their garbage so that you can sell and recycle what is monetized and make more money for your stockholders and simultaneously charge more money to your customers. You are no longer providing a helpful public service. You are now using the public to service your profit needs with their free labor at zero cost to you. Basically you’ve got the whole situation backwards now because you’re greedy. Now you think I work for you and that I am supposed to do what you tell me to do with my garbage.

Whoever designed your trouble ticketing system that we are using right now did something very stupid. The hyperlinks are NOT clickable, requiring both you and me to MANUALLY COPY/PASTE URLs from this discussion into the browser address bar so we can see the data at the link. You should allow the uploading of images and videos as attachments, and make hyperlinks clickable. I write customer service software for FREE. I could do that in a day.

The only reason I have all these huge bags is because over the last 2 months you have completely refused to pick up even one tiny little kitchen bag extra and many, many times didn't even take my canned trash. All of this is your doing. You have been providing HOSTILE and ABUSIVE service to me. When one little tiny overflow bag is left UNPICKED up over and over again, along with the canned trash itself, it builds up. You finally took it and charged me $40 for what took 1 man approximately 3 minutes to do.

I was able to send footage to the email address on file for review over the last few weeks of service. The issue has been cross contamination of material being placed curbside in bags. Contamination is when trash and recycle items are blended with one another inside of the container. We do have an option to collect bags, however that is something that would need to be scheduled through WM and the cost to do so would be $8.00 per bag. Additionally we do ask that trash be bagged and placed in trash container and recyclables be placed loosely inside of the recycle container. Would you like to schedule for extra bag collection at this time? If so, we would love to further assist and have that arranged for you. Please let us know and we will proceed accordingly.
