1. Every date folder has one stable root index.html.
2. Every new deliverable updates that index to point to the latest version of each project while preserving older versions.
3. The index header visibly shows version + full date + Pacific time.
4. Every package has one top-level YYYY-MM-DD folder.
5. Each project has its own named folder and immutable version folders v001, v002, etc.
6. Shared ChatGPT session URLs are preserved as dated session records and linked from the day's index.
7. OneDrive is permanently excluded from the authoritative working directory and backup architecture.
8. Authoritative local workspace: D:\_VPS-WEBSITES\8k.art\beta\_daily-builds\
9. Independent backups use one-way immutable/snapshot-style copies; never let a sync client delete the source of truth.
