DAILY BUILD RULES — v008
1. The permanent daily review URL is YYYY-MM-DD/index.html.
2. Every new deliverable updates that file, while old versioned artifacts remain.
3. The header must visibly show version + full date + Pacific time.
4. Permanent approved content is additive and must not disappear. The HDCOLORS and Paul Krugman embeds are permanent.
5. The daily index must surface the current work and public-share media, not only developer navigation.
6. YouTube post packages contain exactly 10 independent square graphics with large readable type and generous crop-safe margins.
7. Other CareTV graphics are 16:9 unless explicitly requested otherwise.
8. OneDrive is excluded from the authoritative workspace. Local storage + CareTV-controlled replication/S3 are authoritative.
9. Never place AWS or telecom credentials in browser HTML/JavaScript or public packages.
