The resident-facing clock must never contain an accidental pathway to an unrelated website, and its controls must be usable by people with very limited fine-motor control.
The public site itself can promote CareTV. The dedicated resident clock should behave as an orientation appliance, not as a web portal.
The control panel is now labeled simply Clock controls. It is intended for any person who needs to operate the clock: a resident, caregiver, family member, technician, or person with limited movement.
The interface must not assume precise fingers, small targets, good vision, or technical knowledge.
The control entry target is enlarged to approximately 110 × 110 CSS pixels. Once opened, the control screen occupies the full display.
Primary actions have a minimum height of approximately 120 CSS pixels with large labels and generous spacing. This is intentionally much larger than normal mobile UI targets so the controls can be activated with a hand, fist, knuckle, forearm, or elbow.
The full-screen Clock controls page shows Version 2026-08-17-v007. CareTV.org appears there only as plain text, not as a link.
