S3 + CloudFront Directory Indexer — 2026-06-30_v010

Browser-only refinement based on tools placement feedback.

Changes from v009:
- ⚙ TOOLS moved to the left of item count
- clicking TOOLS inserts filter/options directly below the metadata line
- no bottom footer tools line
- public page remains quiet: no source/sort/version unless ?debug=1
- listing remains first-class and Apache-inspired

Use:
- Upload s3-cloudfront-indexer-simple-2026-06-30_v010-lambda-edge-directory-browser-upload.zip to the Lambda@Edge directory browser.
- Deploy $LATEST.
- Publish a new numbered version.
- Attach that numbered version ARN to CloudFront Default (*) Origin request.

No updater/IAM changes are required.
