S3 + CloudFront Directory Indexer — 2026-06-30_v008

Browser-only refinement based on footer/tools alignment feedback.

Changes from v007:
- footer aligned with listing content rather than page edge
- TOOLS moved into the footer utility line
- uses a font/icon gear: ⚙ TOOLS
- footer text follows on the same line with an em dash
- optional tool drawer still opens when TOOLS is clicked
- calm readable directory layout remains

Use:
- Upload s3-cloudfront-indexer-simple-2026-06-30_v008-lambda-edge-directory-browser-upload.zip to the Lambda@Edge directory browser.
- Deploy $LATEST.
- Publish a new numbered version.
- Attach that numbered version ARN to CloudFront Default (*) Origin request.

No updater/IAM changes are required.
