CloudFront Media Behavior Automation Web PHP v164 - companion documentation note

Purpose:
The matching s3-cloudfront-indexer v96 package changes the generated directory browser column sort headers so they are much easier to tap on iPhone and iPad.

Important:
This PHP package does not render the public directory listing page. The actual visible directory header change is in:

    s3-cloudfront-indexer/lambda-edge-directory-browser/index.mjs

This PHP package remains the companion CloudFront behavior/cache-policy automation tool. It is included as a matching updated ZIP so the two-package deployment set stays together.

No PHP runtime behavior was changed in this documentation-only v164 companion update.
